Leibniz University Hannover: New Mechanical Engineering Campus
Headquartered in Hannover, m+p international has enjoyed a close and decades-long relationship with the faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Leibniz University Hannover. Many of m+p’s engineers have studied and received an excellent education there. In addition, m+p has been proud to participate in joint projects with the university’s Institute of Dynamics and Vibration Research.
On 19 September, the new Mechanical Engineering Campus was officially opened. The campus is a milestone in the history of Leibniz University Hannover, being its largest new construction project. From winter semester 2019/2020, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will combine its future-oriented capabilities and diversity of subjects in a common location, which will open up completely new opportunities for cooperation in research and teaching.
Leibniz University is a member of the TU9, the alliance of nine leading Technical Universities in Germany. Other members are the universities in Aachen, Berlin, Braunschweig, Darmstadt, Dresden, Karlsruhe, Munich and Stuttgart.
