Even in challenging times m+p international stays at your service

With the corona pandemic spreading, m+p international's absolute priority remains the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
Nonetheless we still strive to be a reliable partner for our customers and suppliers.
With our highly international footprint – more than 50% of our worldwide employees are based outside of Europe - we took very early measures to live up to our standards:
Our management is in regular contact with our main product and service suppliers to ensure availability of products and calibration services since the outbreak in China in February 2020.
Due to the fact that our hardware is produced in Germany, we still can readily deliver hardware and do not see any supply chain effects up to now.
Hygienic measures as recommended by WHO are in place at all m+p international sites. Travel to high risk areas or areas with an increased infection rate according to WHO is prohibited since February 2020. Visits to all m+p international sites from others than logistics providers are no longer allowed. Visits from m+p international employees to suppliers are reduced to a minimum. Employees are asked to reduce private travel as well as limiting their social interactions. We are monitoring the local regulations per country constantly and adapting our measures in line with the local requirements and official recommendations accordingly.
As of now m+p international sites in Germany, France, UK and US are fully operational, as we have reduced the staff onsite to the minimum required and, where necessary, work in nonoverlapping shifts.
Local sales and support teams are due to home office rules fully available for our customers by phone and email.

We still offer off-site calibration services at local m+p offices even though we discontinued onsite customer calibration services in most countries in order to reduce the risk of increased spreading of the Corona virus.
In order to ensure fast delivery, please align with your locally responsible sales & service engineer before sending your equipment for calibration.
