Brochure "Experts in Vibration"

m+p Coda’s thermal monitoring is made to deliver a turnkey solution for your temperature measurement needs. It can be easily extended by pressure and voltage sensors for full environmental simulation and testing specimen functionality during the test like operating solar panels or driving motors. Our application experts provide you with a ready to measure solution.

Displaying each sensor’s value in configurable views lets operators quickly assess the test for specification compliant operation. You can trust m+p Coda’s comprehensive warning and abort functions to alert you, trigger measurements or even safely stop the test when critical conditions occur. The limits can be individually configured for each channel, including virtual channels. No matter how many channels you operate, the dedicated warning display shows you any limit violation by an intuitive color code. During the whole test sequence events are logged. The intuitive user interface assists you by automatically configuring your m+p Coda measurement system without any specialized programming.

m+p Coda delivers scalable data acquisition and monitoring systems up to several thousand channels and can be flexibly extended by additional hardware, sensors and automation via digital I/O and OPC.

Operate the whole test facility from a single m+p Coda installation. The state-of-the-art client-server architecture integrates in your existing IT infrastructure. Connect any number of displays to the m+p Coda system showing each test stand's operation while overseeing the facility from a central control room.

Thermal Model Verification – Extensive Data for Reliable Models

m+p Coda enables you to measure the data you need to verify thermal Finite Element models. Measure temperatures directly on the specimen’s surface for post-processing thermal gradients in specialized software. The data can be accessed remotely on additional workstations or exported to a variety of data formats for third-party post-processing.

Data at a Glance – Ensures Compliant Testing

m+p Coda helps you ensure that the thermal test is compliant with regulatory standards. Its state-of-the-art user interface allows you to prepare, start, and run your test reliably, securing dependable operation. Real-time display of temperatures and pressures allows easy comparison with respective warning and abort levels.

Flexible Hardware Integration – Fits the System to the Task

m+p Coda supports all m+p international hardware as well as a broad range of hardware platforms such as VTI and National Instruments. You can even mix sample rates for each instrument, making it easy to add additional voltage and pressure sensors to monitor the conditions experienced by the specimen during environmental simulation.
